Before joining FocalPoint, Joel had an impactful career at Alaska Airlines, where he was the Director of Product Management. Joel led teams responsible for bringing to market a redesign of Alaskaair.com, the company's largest sales channel, established a new digital merchandising program, redesigned digital account and loyalty products, and developed the new biometric solution that makes international travel easier.
Joel graduated from Whitworth University and enjoys spending time with his family and the great outdoors, including skiing and hiking.
